Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

In the morning, start your 4 days of Gorilla Trekking in the Bwindi forest in western Uganda. Stop at the Uganda Equator for photo shots), Uganda Equator is an imaginary point where the Northern Hemisphere separates from the Southern Hemisphere, and it’s a tourist spot for photo taking and souvenir shops. Proceed with the journey and have a lunch stop in Mbarara Town. After lunch, you will proceed with the journey and arrive at the park in the evening. Day 2: Trek Gorillas in Uganda

Get breakfast, move to the park offices for briefing, and then begin your gorilla trekking adventure. Coming face to face with these mountain gorillas is one of the most electrifying experiences you can ever have. You will have a chance to observe and take pictures and you will enjoy them from a close range observing adults feeding, grooming, and resting as the youngsters play and move backward and forward in a pleasantly comical demonstration. With time allowing, you may use the evening to enjoy a guided village walk to nearby communities. Overnight at Mahogany Springs, Gorilla Resort, Gorilla Mist Camp (Full Board)

Day 3: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Take a Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel

Get up early enough, take your breakfast, and then set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will arrive in the early afternoon. Check-in at the lodge, take lunch, and then after a short moment head for an afternoon boat ride on Kazinga Channel. The channel found in Queen Elizabeth National Park is a 40 km water stretch that joins Lakes George and Edward. Any tourist to this park cannot fail to be impressed by the Channel’s astonishing variety. It’s where many buffaloes rest in the water while big herds of elephants and different bird species can be seen enjoying themselves along the channel shores. A majority of visitors who participate in the 2-hour launch cruise along the channel regard it as the highlight of their African safari. There are also concentrations of hippos and birds. In short, this water cruise offers an excellent platform for clear photography, extensive bird-watching, and an all-embracing game viewing. Stay overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or Enganzi Lodge (Full Board)

Day 4: Game Drive Safari and leave for Kampala.

On this day, you will wake up early enough, take your breakfast, and then set off for a morning game drive, during which you will have an opportunity to spot hippos, elephants, spotted hyenas, lions, leopards, stripped jackals, bush bucks, water bucks and warthogs and many wild animals. Over 95 species of mammals and 600 species of birds have been recorded in the park. Retire from the game drive late morning and go back to the lodge for a rest as you admire nature. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge, check out and start your journey to Kampala where you will arrive in the evening. Have lunch en route. The driver will transfer you to your accommodation in Kampala.
